Login accounts

Users

Create login identities, link them to employees and manage whether each account can access the company.

Create and maintain

  • Enter a unique login email and temporary password.
  • Link the matching employee for self-service functions.
  • Suspend or reactivate accounts without removing historical records.

Initial access

  • Start with Employee, Manager or Admin.
  • Employee commonly uses Self scope; Manager commonly uses an organisation scope.
  • Use Access to refine the account after creation.

Safety

  • A user cannot suspend their own active account.
  • Self-lockout protections apply when changing your own access.
  • Use the smallest scope that supports the person’s actual responsibility.

Availability and access

What appears depends on the signed-in user.

EasyClock navigation is permission-aware. The user needs the relevant permission and data scope; feature-controlled modules also need the company switch enabled. Plan-specific capabilities are shown only when included in the company subscription.
