Punches
Record and review clock-in and clock-out events before they are calculated into work sessions.
Employee punching
- Clock in or out using server time from Web, iPhone, kiosk or another enabled source.
- Select Job, Task and Site when those company features apply.
- Switch work to close the current activity and begin another Job or Task.
Administration
- Filter by employee, date, event, source, location, geofence result or status.
- Create a manual punch with optional Site, device, coordinates, accuracy and note.
- Correct an event by voiding the original and creating a linked replacement; keep the reason and history for audit.
Important rules
- Web, mobile and manual punching each have a separate company switch.
- Job, Task, Site and GPS choices are controlled by company settings and the employee’s allowed data.
- Mobile punch is a Pro feature and must be enabled before mobile-app sign-in is allowed.
