Jobs

Track time against a project, client engagement, work order or other business activity.

Job setup

  • Create a unique code, name and description.
  • Move a Job through Draft, In progress and Completed.
  • Only In-progress Jobs are selectable when employees clock in.

Task links

  • Attach active Tasks that are valid for the Job.
  • Clock-in choices can require the employee to select the matching Job and Task.
  • Job and Task context follows punches into the resulting work session.

Availability

  • Jobs are a Pro feature.
  • Enable Jobs in Company settings before expecting the menu or clock-in field.
  • Access remains controlled by Jobs permissions and user scope.

What appears depends on the signed-in user.

EasyClock navigation is permission-aware. The user needs the relevant permission and data scope; feature-controlled modules also need the company switch enabled. This is a Pro feature, so the company must also have an active Pro entitlement.
