Clear to employees
Clock actions and work selections should appear when they are ready and explain what will be recorded.
EasyClockAbout EasyClock
EasyClock is built around a simple idea: the path from clock-in to payroll-ready hours should be clear to employees, managers and administrators.
Our product focus
EasyClock brings punches, work sessions, scheduled shifts, leave and attendance exceptions into one permission-aware workspace. Instead of treating each item as a separate report, it keeps the relationship between planned work and recorded time visible.
The interface uses plain labels, readable status history and consistent green-and-yellow branding across the desktop web workspace, responsive Android web access and native iPhone app. The goal is not to add complexity around timekeeping, but to expose the context a person needs for the decision in front of them.
New Zealand timezones, public holidays, common pay cycles and New Zealand dollar subscription plans are part of the product's operating model.
Employees, managers and administrators see features and workforce data according to their permissions and organisation scope.
EasyClock does not replace payroll. It helps businesses create accurate, reviewed and repeatable payroll-ready time data.
What matters to us
Clock actions and work selections should appear when they are ready and explain what will be recorded.
Schedules, actual work and exceptions should be readable together by business date.
Effective-dated rules, access scopes and export mappings should remain traceable.
