How seat blocks work

Capacity grows five employees at a time.

One subscription unit covers five active employees. When the active employee count reaches the licensed capacity, an authorised administrator can add another block. Employee onboarding and termination keep the subscription's active-seat projection in sync.

Which plan includes the iPhone mobile punch?

The native iPhone mobile punch is included in Pro. The company must also enable the feature before eligible users can sign in to the app.

Can Android employees use EasyClock?

Yes. Android users can use the responsive EasyClock web workspace in a modern mobile browser. Available web punching and other modules follow the company's plan, feature settings and user permissions.

Which plan includes schedules?

Schedule management is included in Pro, together with Jobs and Tasks.

Does Plus include payroll exports?

Yes. Plus includes core timesheets, web punches, leave and payroll export tools.

Are prices per employee?

Billing uses blocks of five active employees. The displayed monthly amount is the price for one block.
