Let the signed-in person maintain their own account and employee-facing details without administrator intervention.

Account

  • Review the login email connected to the account.
  • Change the password using the current-password check.
  • Sign out from the user menu when finished.

Employee profile

  • Update preferred name and mobile number where permitted.
  • Set a personal timezone override for display.
  • The same profile information is shared by the web and mobile app.

Availability and access

What appears depends on the signed-in user.

EasyClock navigation is permission-aware. The user needs the relevant permission and data scope; feature-controlled modules also need the company switch enabled. Plan-specific capabilities are shown only when included in the company subscription.
