Sites & GPS

Define approved work locations and decide whether GPS should provide context, a warning or a hard geofence rule.

Site records

  • Create a code, name, address and Active status.
  • Find the location on the map and set a geofence radius within the company limit.
  • Assign employees who are permitted to use the Site.

GPS policy

  • Choose whether location is required and whether only assigned Sites are allowed.
  • Set maximum accepted GPS accuracy.
  • Use geofence mode Off, Warn or Reject according to company policy.

Practical behaviour

  • GPS capture does not by itself mean the phone must be device-registered.
  • If a clock-in was allowed without Site/GPS, later enabling the policy does not prevent the employee from clocking out of that existing session.
  • Use the dedicated GPS clock-in guide for employee-facing details.

Availability and access

What appears depends on the signed-in user.

EasyClock navigation is permission-aware. The user needs the relevant permission and data scope; feature-controlled modules also need the company switch enabled. Plan-specific capabilities are shown only when included in the company subscription.
