EasyClockEmployee timesheets NZ
EasyClock employee timesheets group scheduled shifts and calculated work sessions by calendar date, giving New Zealand managers a clear view of hours, breaks and attendance exceptions.
A readable workday
Each EasyClock timesheet day can show the published shift, the linked work session, payable duration and deducted breaks. Days with a shift but no recorded time remain visible, so an absence or missing punch is not hidden by an empty report.
The selected employee's current pay period opens by default. Previous and next navigation follows the employee's actual Pay Group cycle rather than guessing a fixed date range.
Monday is shown as Monday with its date—not as an abstract “Day 1”. Overnight work remains attached to the business date used for attendance and payroll rules.
Human-readable exception details replace raw JSON. Authorised managers can accept eligible shift exceptions and see recalculated results.
The web workspace supports desktop and mobile-friendly Android access, while the native iPhone app keeps the employee's own timesheet and date-grouped schedule close at hand.

Connected records
Start with the employee time clock, compare it with staff rostering, then use the reviewed result in your payroll export workflow. See how those parts work together on the main time and attendance software NZ page.
